Record heat in the South and chilly weather in the Northeast all contributed to making the summer of 2000 a period of extremes. From June through August, numerous daily, monthly and all-time records were established; some readings broke records dating back to the mid- and late 1800s.

If one looks into HAARP readings on this date here is the Pattern.



It would seen that the weather making device was used to create the storms on and about that date.


Therefore much of the record heat waves experienced during that period maybe concluded to be HAARP and or made via artificial modified weather.
