Peter H. Duesberg was born on December 2, 1936 in Germany, he is an award-winning professor of molecular and cell biology at the University of California, Berkeley.

Peter was known for isolating the first cancer gene from a virus at the age of 33, at 36 earned tenure at the University of California, Berkeley, then at the age of 49 he was invited to the National Academy of Sciences. He is also the recipient of a seven-year Outstanding Investigator Grant from the National Institutes of Health. His critique of the HIV/AIDS hypothesis was met with a withdrawal of financial support from the National Institutes of Health. He now funds his research from other sources including charitable contributions and from the sales of his books. He lives in Germany for part of the year.

On the basis of his experience with retroviruses, Duesberg has challenged the virus-AIDS hypothesis in the pages of such journals as Cancer Research, Lancet, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Science, Nature, Journal of AIDS, AIDS Forschung, Biomedicine and Pharmacotherapeutics, New England Journal of Medicine and Research in Immunology. He has instead proposed the hypothesis that the various American and European diseases that are identified as AIDS are in fact brought on by the long-term consumption of recreational drugs and/or AZT, a drug that is prescribed to prevent or treat AIDS.
He asserts that AIDS in Africa is mostly wrongly diagnosed (he notes that the definition of AIDS is different in Africa) and that the incidences of the breakdown of the immune system in Africa are explained by insufficient nutrition, bad drinking waterand an overload of infections.Click here to see the Movie

SPOKE OUT ABOUT THE SPREAD OF AIDS IN AFRICA

Linda Shenwick has worked at the United Nations since the mid 1980s. A career public servant, she was the top U.S. official on budget and financial matters at the U.S. mission to the U.N. The Clinton Administration removed her from that post. Among her disclosures, as described during a September 23, 1999, appearance on the Fox News program, The O'Reilly Factor: she saw photographs of millions of U.S. dollars in cash being left on tables at the U.N. peacekeeping mission in Somalia in 1993. "Nobody did anything about it," Shenwick says. She briefed Madeleine Albright, then the U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., about the problem, and Albright found it "interesting" and a "good story" but "didn't take any action to follow-up on it." Albright, she says, was "more concerned" that the U.N. Shenwick would know the scandal outside the U.S. mission says $3.9 million was subsequently stolen.

Linda In a February 8 letter to Bush, Senator Charles Grassley says the president should restore Shenwick to her position and therefore send "a positive message to public servants who report wrongdoing in government…" Reps. Cliff Stearns, Tom DeLay and Dan Burton urged Secretary Powell in a February 8 letter to reverse the Clinton-Gore-Albright action against Shenwick and make sure that she returns to a job where she can perform "oversight of the U.N."

Among Shenwick's revelations: there is no budget cap at the U.N. and no staff reductions have taken place; procurement fraud still exists; the U.N. office of internal oversight, which is supposed to investigate fraud, has been weakened; a code of conduct for U.N. employees has not been implemented, and doesn't apply to senior officials anyway; and there are no rules against nepotism.

One of Shenwick's most frightening revelations is that U.N. and U.S. officials concealed the fact that U.N. "peacekeepers" were spreading the deadly disease AIDS in countries where they were deployed. The U.N. Security Council last year held a special session on the epidemic, which also examined the role of U.N. soldiers in spreading AIDS. But Shenwick told America's Survival President Cliff Kincaid in an interview that "Ambassador Albright told us in 1994 that she had been informed that a large majority of U.N. peacekeepers were infected with the HIV virus or actually had AIDS, and she told us not to go out of the room with that."

"The U.N. is probably responsible for spreading AIDS into Cambodia," Shenwick says. Indeed, a Danish television documentary makes that charge, noting evidence that U.N. soldiers' appetite for sex sparked the AIDS epidemic in Cambodia. Asked about the charges, one U.N. official excused the sex by saying that, "Boys will be boys." The U.N. "solution" to the problem has been to authorize a condom-a-day for peacekeepers. (30)

Dick Cheney accidentally shot and injured a man during a weekend quail hunting trip in Texas, his spokeswoman said Sunday.

Harry Whittington, 78, was "alert and doing fine" after Cheney sprayed him with shotgun pellets on Saturday while the two were hunting at the Armstrong Ranch in south Texas, said property owner Katharine Armstrong.

Armstrong said Whittington was mostly injured on his right side, with the pellets hitting his cheek, neck and chest, and was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Whittington was in stable condition Sunday, said Yvonne Wheeler, spokeswoman for the Christus Spohn Health System.

Cheney's spokeswoman, Lea Anne McBride, said the vice president was with Whittington, a lawyer from Austin, Texas, and his wife at the hospital on Sunday afternoon.

Armstrong said she was watching from a car while Cheney, Whittington and another hunter got out of the vehicle to shot at a covey of quail late afternoon on Saturday.

Whittington shot a bird and went to look for it in the tall grass, while Cheney and the third hunter walked to another spot and found a second covey.

Whittington "came up from behind the vice president and the other hunter and didn't signal them or indicate to them or announce himself," Armstrong told the Associated Press in an interview.

"The vice president didn't see him," she continued. "The covey flushed and the vice president picked out a bird and was following it and shot. And by god, Harry was in the line of fire and got peppered pretty good."

The shooting was first reported by the Corpus Christi Caller-Times.

She said Whittington was bleeding but not very seriously injured, and Cheney was very apologetic.

"It broke the skin," she said. "It knocked him silly. But he was fine. He was talking. His eyes were open. It didn't get in his eyes or anything like that."

She said emergency personnel traveling with Cheney tended to Whittington, holding his face and cleaning up the blood.

"Fortunately, the vice president has got a lot of medical people around him and so they were right there and probably more cautious than we would have been," she said. "The vice president has got an ambulance on call, so the ambulance came."

Armstrong said Cheney is a longtime friend who comes to the ranch to hunt about once a year. She said Whittington is a regular, too, but she thought it was the first time the two men hunted together.

"This is something that happens from time to time. You now, I've been peppered pretty well myself," said Armstrong.

Bush lied about failing to report to the Alabama National Guard and for the same reason the president-elect lied about his arrest for drunk driving. It’s the same reason the Bushies lied about Dick Cheney’s post-election heart attack. And the same reason Bush lied to a court in Texas about whether he’d discussed with state regulators a controversial investigation of a funeral home company run by a gubernatorial campaign contributor. Because that’s what they do.

BRUSSELS, Belgium (AP) -- The European Union insisted Friday that governments and the private sector must share the responsibility of overseeing the Internet, setting the stage for a showdown with the United States on the future of Internet governance.

A senior U.S. official reiterated Thursday that the country wants to remain the Internet's ultimate authority, rejecting calls in a United Nations meeting in Geneva for a U.N. body to take over.

EU spokesman Martin Selmayr said a new cooperation model was important "because the Internet is a global resource.''

"The EU ... is very firm on this position,'' he added.

The Geneva talks were the last preparatory meeting before November's World Summit on the Information Society in Tunisia.

A stalemate over who should serve as the principal traffic cops for Internet routing and addressing could derail the summit, which aims to ensure a fair sharing of the Internet for the benefit of the whole world.

At issue is who would have ultimate authority over the Internet's master directories, which tell Web browsers and e-mail programs how to direct traffic.

That role has historically gone to the United States, which created the Internet as a Pentagon project and funded much of its early development. The U.S. Commerce Department has delegated much of that responsibility to a U.S.-based private organization with international board members, but Commerce ultimately retains veto power.

Some countries have been frustrated that the United States and European countries that got on the Internet first gobbled up most of the available addresses required for computers to connect, leaving developing nations with a limited supply to share.

The children are sold for $20,000 each on the open market. Many are selected by fake modeling agencies other are just plucked right off the streets.

Mohammed Al Fassi became so infamous with his perpetual party at his palace in Beverly Hills that he was run out of town after painting the genitals of his statues. Again, we do not know if any of the young attendees ended up in Saudi Arabia.

According to a July 1, 2005 press release from the State of Illinois, Governor Blagojevich will take measures to "eliminate racial disparities in traffic stops." Blagojevish's position rests on a common fallacy that mere disparity implies wrongful discrimination. If there is "disparity" in conduct or behavior, one might expect "disparity" in law enforcement.

The absurdities in the press release begin in its first paragraph:

WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft and United States Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald of the Northern District of Illinois today announced that a federal grand jury in Chicago issued a 22-count superseding indictment against former Illinois Governor George H. Ryan, Sr., and businessman Lawrence E. Warner.


The indictment charges Ryan with racketeering conspiracy, mail fraud, and other crimes alleging public corruption, official misconduct, and fraudulent conduct during his terms as Illinois Secretary of State and Governor of Illinois.


Attorney General Ashcroft said, “On the stonewalls of the Justice Department in Washington are chiseled the words: ‘No free government can survive that is not based on supremacy of the law.’ When a public official abuses his office, he drains the reservoir of public trust on which our democratic institutions rely.


“In bringing these indictments, the Justice Department is seeking to protect the faith the American people must have in their government.”


Ryan has been charged with a pattern of racketeering activity including: mail fraud; money laundering; extortion, attempted extortion, and extortion conspiracy; bribery; and obstruction of justice.

In 1994, the Illinois ACLU filed a class action suit charging that officers in the state's drug interdiction program target Hispanic drivers. Peso Chavez, a member of the Santa Fe, N.M., city council, was stopped for speeding on an Illinois highway. He alleges that a white driver in the car behind him was going the same speed but was not stopped. Last year, the U.S. District Court in Chicago ruled in the agency's favor in Chavez v. Illinois State Police. That ruling is on appeal in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals

Meanwhile, last April the Village of Mount Prospect settled in a suit filed by three of its police officers charging the police department with targeting Latinos for traffic stops. The village denies the charges, but agreed to pay the three officers $900,000. As a condition of that settlement, the officers are no longer on the force. In addition, the department will be required to record the race of every driver its officers stop. And it eliminated the use of monthly arrest quotas. Nevertheless, the U.S. attorney's office is investigating allegations of racial profiling by that department.

Middle-aged men having sex with 12- to 15-year-olds was too much for Ben Johnston, a hulking 6-foot-5-inch Texan, and more than a year ago he blew the whistle on his employer, DynCorp, a U.S. contracting company doing business in Bosnia.


According to the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) lawsuit filed in Texas on behalf of the former DynCorp aircraft mechanic, "in the latter part of 1999 Johnston learned that employees and supervisors from DynCorp were engaging in perverse, illegal and inhumane behavior [and] were purchasing illegal weapons, women, forged passports and [participating in] other immoral acts. Johnston witnessed coworkers and supervisors literally buying and selling women for their own personal enjoyment, and employees would brag about the various ages and talents of the individual slaves they had purchased."


Rather than acknowledge and reward Johnston's effort to get this behavior stopped, DynCorp fired him, forcing him into protective custody by the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) until the investigators could get him safely out of Kosovo and returned to the United States. That departure from the war-torn country was a far cry from what Johnston imagined a year earlier when he arrived in Bosnia to begin a three-year U.S. Air Force contract with DynCorp as an aircraft-maintenance technician for Apache and Blackhawk helicopters.

In response to official statements earlier today that news media would be excluded from covering the victim recovery process in New Orleans and surrounding areas on the suggestion that what is reported may offend viewers’ or victims’ sensibilities, CNN has filed a lawsuit in federal court to prohibit any agency from restricting its ability to fully and fairly cover this story.



As seen most recently from war zones in Afghanistan and Iraq, from tsunami-ravaged South Asia and from Hurricane Katrina’s landfall along the Gulf, CNN has shown that it is capable of balancing vigorous reporting with respect for private concerns. Government officials cannot be allowed to hinder the free flow of information to the public, and CNN will not let such a decision stand withouT challenge.

CNN said a federal judge issued a temporary restraining order Friday heading off a federal ban on showing photos of people left dead by Hurricane Katrina.


The Federal Emergency Management Agency this week asked news agencies to refrain from airing or publishing photos of dead bodies, and excluded media from some recovery missions in New Orleans.


"The recovery of victims is being treated with dignity and the utmost respect and we have requested that no photographs of the deceased by made by the media," said FEMA in a statement.


CNN announced the suit Friday afternoon, saying that prohibition of airing the pictures would prevent full and fair coverage of the story.


"The government cannot be allowed to hinder the free flow of information," said CNN journalist Anderson Cooper. "That's what we say in the lawsuit."


CNN talk show host Larry King announced late Friday a federal judge in Texas issued the restraining order and scheduled a hearing for Saturday to hear arguments in the suit.

Armed Dolphins Said Set Loose in Gulf by Katrina

In a story that brings the real world way too close to safely science-fictional events, armed dolphins may be loose in the Gulf of Mexico, freed by hurricane Katrina. This story may be so close to fiction that it actually is fiction, but read on.


Experts who have studied the U.S. Navy's cetacean training exercises fear that as many as 36 escaped mammals could be carrying 'toxic dart' guns. Dolphins, considered one of the species with intelligence second only to man's, now threaten divers and surfers. The U.S. Navy admits it has been training dolphins for military purposes, but has refused to confirm that any are missing.


Accident investigator Leo Sheridan, 72, said he had received intelligence from sources close to the U.S. government's marine fisheries service confirming dolphins had escaped.


"My concern is that they have learnt to shoot at divers in wetsuits who have simulated terrorists in exercises. If divers or windsurfers are mistaken for a spy or suicide bomber and if equipped with special harnesses carrying toxic darts, they could fire," Sheridan said.


The Navy started the Cetacean Intelligence Mission in 1989, outfitting dolphins with harness and electrodes, and teaching them to protect Trident subs in harbor. Dolphins have been used to detect mines near an Iraqi port. It is apparent the government has been working on using dolphins as weapons.

In the worst plague years, from 1851 to 1855, up to 10 percent of the people who didn't flee town died in the epidemics - the mortality rate was about 60 percent for those caught not only Bronze John, but also smallpox, maleria and cholera. As thousands died in the brief months of the plague season, New Orleans' already scarce burial space was jammed beyond capacity. Many of the cemeteries that are now tourist attractions are crammed with victims of the plague . . . in some cases buried in mass graves. There was a rapid expansion of cemeteries as they struggled to stay ahead of the growing demand.

Hurricane Camille was an extremely dangerous Category 5 storm

Deadly hurricanes and their remnants have affected Virginia in many different forms. In August 1969, a hurricane that hit the Gulf Coast caused surprising devastation to Virginia. Hurricane Camille was an extremely dangerous Category 5 storm when it made landfall, smashing the Louisiana coast with winds of 200 mph. She was the strongest hurricane to make landfall on the United States mainland in the 20th century. She maintained hurricane force winds for 10 hours as she moved 150 miles inland. When Camille turned east, her strength was downgraded to a depression, but she picked up additional moisture from the Gulf Stream and produced torrential rains in the remote mountains of Virginia. In just 12 hours, the mountain slopes between Charlottesville and Lynchburg received more than 10 inches of rain and Nelson County recorded 27 inches. Flooding was so catastrophic that all communications were cut off from the rest of the state. At least 150 people died and another 100 were injured. Damage was estimated at $113 million in 1969.

Al-Qaida's prime targets for launching nuclear terrorist attacks are the nine U.S. cities with the highest Jewish populations, according to captured leaders and documents.


Osama bin Laden is planning what he calls an "American Hiroshima," the ultimate terrorist attack on U.S. cities, using nuclear weapons already smuggled into the country across the Mexican border along with thousands of sleeper agents.


The captured terrorists and documents also suggest smaller attacks may take place on American soil before the nuclear incidents. They may include some involving automatic weapons at schools and shopping malls, but will not include any airplane hijackings. Why? Because bin Laden does not want any failed efforts to overshadow "the success of Sept. 11." There will also not be any attacks on U.S. nuclear power plants. The rationale? The nuclear power plants can act as force multipliers when the weapons of mass destruction are detonated.


al-Qaida has obtained at least 40 nuclear weapons from the former Soviet Union – including suitcase nukes, nuclear mines, artillery shells and even some missile warheads. In addition, documents captured in Afghanistan show al-Qaida had plans to assemble its own nuclear weapons with fissile material it purchased on the black market.


U.S. military sources also say there is evidence to suggest al-Qaida is paying former Russian special forces "Spetznaz" troops to assist the terrorist group in locating nuclear weapons planted in the U.S. during the Cold War. Osama bin Laden's group is also paying nuclear scientists from Russia and Pakistan to maintain its existing nuclear arsenal and assemble additional weapons with the materials it has invested hundreds of millions in procuring over a period of 10 years. Al-Qaida sources indicate they would prefer to use Russian-made weapons for symbolic reasons.

Possible Gang Shooting Leaves One Dead

WASHINGTON — Nineteen suspected members of the violent Mara Salvatrucha or MS-13 street gang were charged Thursday in an operation aimed at halting violence that has terrorized an area near the national capital the past three years.


The suspects, nine of whom were swept up in pre-dawn raids, were named in an unusual federal indictment alleging that the gang's activities amounted to a criminal racketeering enterprise akin to the Mafia.


According to the court papers, MS-13 conspired to intimidate its communities and members of the organization through a string of murders, assaults and kidnappings.




The indictment attributes six murders, five attempted murders and a kidnapping to the gang, whose operations have penetrated the Maryland communities of Silver Spring, Langley Park and Hyattsville.

The new buzz word among weather manipulators is guiding a storm after it is formed. The technology of guiding storms after it is formed uses electromagnetic force fields created around the center if the eye of the storm or cyclone or Typhoon.


A new cyclone and typhoon season is starting worldwide. Different country’s weather bureaus have started predicting typhoons and cyclones all over the world. However, some weather scientists strongly believe that there will be covert attempts by different nations to create cyclone as an experiment and also attempts to control them artificially.


The most modern method of artificial weather manipulation involve artificial ionization of earth’s atmosphere between 15,000 and 30,000 ft. and above. Manipulating the ionosphere and use of controlled solar-terrestrial interactions can create much larger effects. Scientists are realizing that the earth’s weather is controlled by Sun's natural Electromagnetic Radiation reaching the earth. The Sun’s Radiations and Ultraviolet Rays have to cross the ionosphere to reach the earth.


There are early indications that the solar radiations and flares are directly responsible for planetary weather changes. And Solar flares and levels of radiations are caused by bombardment of cosmic rays on the Sun from either a distant massive black hole or a star-cluster caused by the collapse of thousands and thousands of stars in a small space.


Computer models obviously focused on the ionosphere, which acts as a filter for the solar radiations to reach the earth. If one can manipulate and control the filter, it becomes a potential source of massive weather modification. That is what the computer simulation models found. Controlling the ionosphere potentially allows weather control. The algorithmic variation of ionosphere can create the magic in a massive scale.


There are many methods of controlling the ionosphere. It is the process of artificially manipulating ion density in the ionosphere. High power transmitter and antenna array operating in the HF(High Frequency) range is one of the methods. There are lots of literature on that in the Internet and declassified scientific research journals.


However, the recent trend is in using super conductors in space satellites to generate intense high intensity electromagnetic flux.


Experts are predicting that this season, the high intensity electromagnetic flux will be used to generate far more violent weather patterns. Interestingly. Counter measures are in place too. Something called reverse electromagnetic flux can neutralize the adverse violent weather pattern.


Countries have studied last year weather manipulation patters and unpredictable weather sequences. These countries are ready this year with appropriate counter measures.

As a television weatherman I first met this information with skepticism, who wouldn't? Almost completely rejecting the concept that weather modification outside of cloud seeding possible. Additional clues kept creeping in until I came across examples of scalar weather engineering on Tom Bearden's web site. Soon I began looking for my own examples in my own skies. Whoa! There they were! And not just occasionally, but all the time! Examples in highs clouds were the easiest to spot, much less convective turbulence to round out the edges. Mid level clouds. the alto cumulus are now frequently gridded and square. Odd, very odd I thought. Lower clouds, cumulus and stratus, especially in a marine layer environment seem to be the most difficult in which to see the active grid. But it is there. I must also admit living in the desert climate of the Northern Rockies, which does not afford me much opportunity to get practiced with that kind of marine air mass.


Spotting activity in clouds is but one aspect of this global war. Evidence can be gleaned from satellite imagery; weather service doppler radars frequently give up these scalar secrets too. Contrails and chemtrails, without question, are a big part of this game. There must be aspects as yet unknown; that some curious mind will share with us as this war game develops further and as more eyes are opened and see. It must be understood by all that the entirety of this planet's atmospheric weather processes are now controlled. All of it, completely 24/7/365!


The paradigm shift for all weathermen is now trying to forecast some organization's intent, and not the natural meteorological processes of earth's atmosphere. This adds yet another element of unknown to an already challenging field. The premise of this site is that you have a working understanding of basic meteorological processes.


My building this site was an inevitability. an A.N.S.W.E.R. delegation to document an accurate account of the
situation and provide solidarity and support to those in need


The following is an eyewitness report of the crisis in the area
written on Sunday, September 4.



Media reports on September 2 describe anarchy and general chaos as
the climate in all of New Orleans. The national media reports that
hope, supplies and food were now being distributed in the area.
However, once we arrived in the Algiers district of New Orleans after
seven checkpoints, the reality shows otherwise.

Algiers

While 80 percent of New Orleans was submerged in water, Algiers is
one of the few districts that has been spared as it sits higher than
most of the city. An historic district established in 1719, Algiers
is on the west bank of the Mississippi river, across from the French
Quarter. Probably 15% of the residents still remain behind, most of
them determined to stay in their homes. The majority of homes are
still intact, although many have suffered damage. While their houses
survived, the peoples' chance of survival seemed very bleak since
there was no electricity or disbursement of food, water or other
supplies.






"Imagine being in a city, poor, without any money and all of a sudden
you are told to leave and you don't even have a bicycle," stated
Malik Rahim, a community activist in the Algiers section of New
Orleans. "90% of the people don't even have cars."


One woman told us it was not possible for her to evacuate. She said,
"I can't leave. I don't have a car and I have nine children." She and
her husband are getting by with the help of several men in the
community who are joining resources to provide for their neighbors.

The government claims that people can get water, but residents have
to travel at least 17 miles to the nearest water and ice distribution
center. Only one case of water is available per family. Countless
people have no way to drive.


There is a huge military and police presence but none of it to
provide services. All of them, north and south of the river, are
stationed in front of private buildings and abandoned stores,
protecting private property.


The goods they are driving in are for their own forces.


Not one of them has delivered water to Algiers or gone to the houses
to see if sick or elderly people need help. There is no door-to-door
survey to see who was injured. The overwhelming majority of people
who have stayed in Algiers are Black but some are white. One white
man in his late 50s in Algiers pointed across the street to a 10-acre
grassy lot. It looks like a beautiful park. He said, "I had my
daughter call FEMA. I told them I want to donate this land to the
people in need. They could set up 100 tractor trailers with aid, they
could set up tents. No one has ever called me back." He is clearly
angry.


Although some of the residents do express fear of burglaries into
houses, acts of heroism, sacrifice and solidarity are evident
everywhere.


Steve, a white man in his 40s, knocks on Malik's front door. He tells
us, "Malik has kept this neighborhood together. We don't know what
we'd do without his help." He has come in because he needs to use the
phone. Malik's street is the only one with phones still working.


Malik and three of his friends have been delivering food, water and
ice to those in need three times a day, searching everywhere for
goods.


There is a strong suspicion among the residents that this is a
deliberately forced removal. Algiers is full of quaint, historic
French-style houses, with a high real estate value, and signs of
gentrification are evident.


Downtown New Orleans


Although entry is prohibited into downtown New Orleans north and east
of the Mississippi, because of extensive flooding and the almost
total evacuation, we were able to get in on Sunday.


The Superdome is still surrounded by water and all types of military
- helicopters, army trucks, etc - are coming in and out of the area;
however, most of the people have already left. On US-90, the only
road out of New Orleans, convoys of National Guard troops are pouring
into the city, too late for many. According to an emergency issue of
The Times-Picayune, 16,000 National Guard troops now occupy the city.


Water is premium and not available. One African American couple
approached our car. The woman asked us, "Do you have water you could
give us? We have four kids. When they told us to leave before the
hurricane we couldn't. We have no car and no money."


Undoubtedly it is similar in the other states that got the direct hit
of Katrina, Mississippi and Alabama. On the radio we hear reports of
completely demolished towns. What differentiates the rest of the Gulf
coast from New Orleans is that the many thousands of deaths in New
Orleans were absolutely preventable and occurred after the hurricane.
On everyone's lips is the cutting in federal funds to strengthen the
levees of Lake Pontchartrain.


Two reporters from New York tell us they just came from the New
Orleans airport emergency hospital that was set up.

New Orleans International Airport

The New Orleans International Airport was converted into an emergency hospital center. Thousands of people were evacuated there to getsupplies and food, and for transportation that would take them out of the city. Many people arrived with only one or two bags, their entire lives minimized to a few belongings.


Some people did not want to leave their homes, but say they were
forced to do so. For example, one white woman and her husband,
Pauline Noble and Jerome Hill, were forced to evacuate. Pauline said,
"The military told us that we had one minute to evacuate. We said
that we weren't ready and he said they can't force us to leave but if
we don't leave anybody left would be arrested . but it was the end of
the month. The two of us have been living for a couple of months on
$600 a month and rent is $550. At the end of the month, we only had
$20 and 1/8 of a tank of gas. There was no way we could leave."


When it became apparent that nobody was coming back to pick them up,
the couple walked five miles to the airport to see if they could get
help.

Disaster Medical Assistance Teams, doctors, nurses and community
organizations came from as far as San Diego, California and Kentucky
to provide support during the crisis. None of them were dispersed
into the community. When we arrived at the airport on Sunday,
September 4, there were approximately 20 medical people for every one
patient while people in regions such as Algiers and the 9th ward were
left to fend for themselves.


The majority of people in New Orleans blame the local and national
government for the catastrophe. One young Black man said, "The
government abandoned us . [it's] pre-meditated murder." Another said,
"Why would you [the government] protect a building . instead of
rescuing people that have been without food or water for three or
four days? It seems like that was the plan. . We couldn't starve them
out, the hurricane didn't kill them, it seems planned."


Baton Rouge



As we drive to Baton Rouge tonight to visit evacuated people, we hear
on local radio that possibly 10,000 people have died in the flooded
areas of New Orleans. Tonight in one announcement, we hear the names
of some of the missing people still being searched for, a 90-year-old
woman named Lisa, a man 102 years old, two women 82 and 85 years old.
The elderly, the most vulnerable, left to their own devices.



Bodies are lying everywhere, and hidden in attics and apartments. The
announcer describes how one body, rotting after days in the sun, was
surrounded by a wall fashioned from fallen bricks by survivors, and
given a provisional burial to give her some dignity. The sign placed
next to her body said, "Here lies Vera, God Help Us."


At a Red Cross shelter outside of Baton Rouge, we meet Emmanuel, who
can't find his wife and three sons after the floods. His story is
shocking. His home is near the 17th Street Canal, where the
Pontchartrain levee broke through.


"I stayed behind to rescue my neighbors while I sent my wife and kids
to dry land," he says. It is difficult for him to relate what
happened. He had a small boat so he went from house to house picking
up neighbors. While doing so, he encountered many bodies in the
water.


"My best friend's body was floating by in the water. One mother whose
baby drowned tied her baby to a fence so she could bury him after she
returned." Because troops kept driving by him and others without
helping them, he had to walk 30 miles north until he was picked up.


This crisis is a crime of the highest magnitude. The Bush
Administration is always able to find money to fund wars that will
benefit the rich of this country; however, when it comes to providing
aid to respond to a disaster of this magnitude, funds, supplies and
resources are lacking. From Bush on down, they should be indicted.

After doing much research on the matter of this storm all factors seem to connect back to the use of HAARP technology to create the weather mass responsible for the Storm, for those who are unaware please read the following stories on this blogger site about Haarp.


Furthermore, there was the issue of Haliburton which seems to alwasy get NO Bid Contracts no matter who is the President of the United States, and which also seems to have many stock ties back to those who had and are currently sitting within the Whitehouse. One of the plans for the removal of the Gush Katif communities was to make room for and build casinos. Katrina destroyed a whole strip of casinos and casino boats on America’s gulf coast.

Many believe that U.S. President George Bush is selling out Israel to control the price of oil and keep it cheaper for Americans. Perhaps Bush thought that he could set the price for oil by appeasing the Arabs. Yet, this hurricane hit right at the oil refineries in America’s Gulf Coast states, temporarily closing down these refineries, which brought UP the price of gasoline. Is G-d telling us that He, not Bush, controls the price of oil?


Not only newspapers and journalists but also an Israeli political scientist wrote this “Katrina and Katif”:


Is it mere coincidence the casinos along the Gulf Coast were destroyed and that those on the Mississippi River were lifted completely out of the water and set upon the land? This presentation provides an estimate of the location, extent, and intensity of aurora on a global basis. For example, the presentation gives a guide to the possibility that the aurora is located near a given location in the northern hemisphere under the conditions that existed at the time of the most recent polar satellite pass.


Normalization factor (n)
A normalization factor of less than 2.0 indicates a reasonable level of confidence in the estimate of power. The more the value of n exceeds 2.0, the less confidence should be placed in the estimate of hemispheric power and the activity level.


The process to estimate the hemispheric power, and the level of auroral activity, involves using this normalization factor which takes into account how effective the satellite was in sampling the aurora during its transit over the polar region. A large (> 2.0) normalization factor indicates that the transit through the aurora was not very effective and the resulting estimate of auroral activity has a lower confidence. The media have barely mentioned these other quakes, largely because they occurred in remote areas and caused little damage and loss of life. The courts are ruling Expartee, without examination of "Facts" and or evidence and in clear sight in violation of the Jim Crow Laws, placed within the Constitution to protect Blacks from Segregation and other horrific acts against humanity, these issues are indeed back and in full swing when those in Charge of the courts in the open without any regard to these laws refused the rights to Blacks to a fair Trial in Court and a right to plead their own cause within these legal matters. As many as 80% of the prison population today are black men and women without hope to any rights, just like before in America of old.


In addition there is a horrific issue of the rights of those who Whistle blowers who had given away their basic rights and freedom in order to inform those of the World of Injustice, such as crimes against this country being conducted within the agencies they work within for those exposing these issues they lay within the brink of despear fired from their employee the Federal and or State Government, then bankrupted and attacked by those within you hold power within positions making these deeds possible.


They are cast into Prisons, refused the rights under the constitution of equal Protection Under the Laws of the United States Constitution, and are being violated with retaliation from within the Jobs they held and late "Fired which was and is against the so called Whistle Blowers Act, they are forced into despair and they numbers are growing around the country because they are not given Rights with in these articles of protects via the Court Systems and the Judicary Process which is the complain of many Americans and also a concern of those around the world.


We are asking you to come and join us to discuss this problem and also a solution is at hand which will be discussed within this conference which based on the response will be a weekly scheduled event to work up and collected strategy the stop the abuse of the People within the United States and the World who are indeed not being heard and rendered within the Conflict of Interest many of these courts and agencies are involved in due to being tied to agencies within whose aim is to protect themselves from anyone who will stand in they're way!.

Crowley died in 1947 due to complications of his huge heroin addiction. Before dying, he succeeded in establishing Satanic covens in many U.S. cities including Hollywood. Kenneth Anger, like Crowley, is a Magus, and appears to be the heir to Crowley. Anger was seventeen years old when Crowley died. A key link between the Beatles and the Process Church is Kenneth Anger, a follower of the "founding father" of modern Satanism, Aleister Crowley. Anger, born in 1930, and a child Hollywood movie star, became a devoted disciple of Crowley.



Satan’s plan preceding Christ’s Second Coming is outlined in the book of Revelation. His objective is to deceive the whole world through sin and direct them into worshipping him. Anton LaVey: Legend and Reality

The Largest movement of modern Satanism began in the 1960's in the United States, led by Anton Szandor LaVey, a shrewd, intelligent man with a charismatic persona and an imposing appearance. LaVey founded the church of Satan in San Francisco in 1966, the activities of which became the object of great media attention.

Born April 11, 1930, in Chicago, LaVey claimed an ancestory of Alsatian, Georgian and Romanian blood, including a gypsy grandmother from Transylvania. As a child he studied music and became interested in the occult. He learned to play the piano at age 10, and at 15 became an oboist for the San Francisco Ballet Symphony Orchestra. He dropped out of high school in his junior year and joined the Clyde Beatty Circus as a cage boy. He had a gift for working with the large cats and became assistant trainer. It was in the circus, working with lions, he later said, that he learned about inner power and magic. On the side he investigated haunted houses. At 18, he left the circus and joined a carnival as a magician's assistant and a calliope player. In 1948 he met Marilyn Monroe and played as her accompanist.


He married his first wife, Carole, in 1951; they had one daughter, Karla. He studied criminology at City College in San Francisco, and spent 3 years as a crime photographer with the San Francisco police department. Disgusted with the violence that he had seen, he quit and returned to playing the organ at local night clubs and theatres. He began holding classes on occult subjects. From these classes evolved a magic circle, which met to perform rituals LaVey had devised or re-created from historical sources on the Knights Templar , The Hellfire Club, The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and Aleister Crowley. LaVey apparently enjoyed the theatrics of the rituals; he dressed in a scarlet lined cape and kept skulls and other odd objects about. Magic-circle members included actress Jayne Mansfield and film maker Kenneth Anger.


LaVey divorced Carole in 1960 and married Dianne, a 17 year old who worked as a usherette at his friday night occult sessions. The had a daughter, Zeena. From 1960 to 1966 he developed his elitist satanic philosophy. He viewed the devil as a dark force hidden in nature, ruling earthly affairs. Mans true nature, he claimed , is one of lust, pride, hedonism and willfulness, attributes that enable the advancement of civilization. Flesh should not be denied but celebrated. Individuals who stand in the way of achieving what one wants should be cursed.


On Walpurgisnacht (April 30) in 1966, LaVey shaved his head and announced the founding of the Church of Satan. He shrewdly recognized the shock value of using the term church for worshiping the devil and recognized peoples innate for ritual, ceremony and pageantry. He performed satanic baptisms, weddings and funerals, all of which received widespread media coverage. He used a nude woman (partially covered by a leopard skin) as an alter. His wife, Dianne became high priestess of the Church. He baptized Zeena. Karla began giving lectures on Satanism at universities and colleges.


LaVey preached antiestablishmentarianism, self indulgence and all forms of gratification and vengeance. Enemies were to be hated and smashed. Sex was exalted. He opposed the use of drugs, saying they were escapist and unnecessary to achieving natural highs. He also deplored the use of black magic in criminal activity. He did not include the Black Mass in his rituals because he believed the Black Mass to be out of date.


The Church of Satan organized into grottoes. A reversed pentacle containing a goats head, called the baphomet, was chosen as the symbol. LaVey used Enochian as the magical language for rituals and espoused the Enochian keys used by Crowley.

Before becoming a disciple of Anton LaVey, Mansfield held a strong interest in the supernatural. According to May Mann, Mansfield's best friend of 12 years, Mansfield pursued astrology, religious cults, was fascinated with Satanism and the occult, and engaged in bizarre behavior such as wandering around graveyards and cemeteries.


Following an introduction to LaVey's Church of Satan, Mansfield insisted on meeting him. Upon their meeting, Mansfield came to embrace all of the Satanic doctrines, as well as pledged membership to the Church of Satan. Mansfield had a custom pink and black Baphomet medallion made for her, and as an avid promoter of Satanism even wore it to the 1966 San Francisco Film Festival. Mansfield's perseverance and determination within the Church soon escalated her to the position of High Priestess. This honor came with a certificate that she had framed and proudly hung in her bedroom. To compliment her occult studies, she also enveloped herself in witchcraft and black magic.


According to LaVey, Mansfield would plead with him for Satanic blessings and curses, calling him several times a day for blessings on her work. When Jayne's son was seriously wounded, Lavey was sought after and responded by saying "I give you my word, I will do everything in my power." LaVey said that he called on Satan to save the boy. Jayne again vowed "eternal gratitude" when further complications arose and LaVey was requested to summon Satan for assistance. A ritual was promptly conducted for Satan's blessing.


Jayne's friends all insist that her greatest desire was to be in the movies. As LaVey's disciple, she was encouraged to trust in Satan for her wishes and desires. Eyewitnesses speak of Mansfield's full compliance to evil- "stretching out nude upon the altar of the Black Mass," "opening herself up to the devil," and "asking LaVey for help in strengthening her career." More than anything else Mansfield waned success as a moviestar. LaVey told Mansfield:

In 1993 I was recovering from illness but needed to work, I had a family to raise, and not much coming in money. So I took a job as a Part time Secretary for a man who had a position posted within a Church Located in Oak Brook Illinois.


He was in the suburb of Park Ridge, and sought someone to help him with is Divorce Practice from his home. I called interviwed and got the job.




This man was Attorney James Vassilos, his practice was located in Chicago on Lasalle Street. But because of a lengthy divorce, from his socialite spouse a cousin to the Danish Royal Family who had ownership of one of the largest banks and the fact that he had a side business which he was involved in from his home. he sought help and I was this person.




Once in the door of this home, I found his work area in the front room right next to the window and I replacing a spanish lady who spoke little english which I felt was strange since his practice was divorce and normally attorney seek out a bi-lingo pernot one who spoke only one language.




On the first day I found he had a very old Computer with a cpm opartions system and worked with Dasic programs.


He told me that my position was to send out books, many many books and a copy of a letter, the book was on Revelations and the New World Order, the author was a man by the name of Kahn this is what I can recall of the title.



The book and the letter needed to be sent to millions of people all over the world. Vassilos sought a donation and the letter was much like a chain letter telling the reader that them must sent in money or great harm would fall on the nation.


The mailing list included people from all over the world. He was interested in getting this out and was not interesting in dealing with many thing in his retiring divorce practice.


He had people in and out and I began to suspect something else was going on so I stated to investigate him. He caught on and told me he had no money available to pay me, he had no money in his practice.

So I decided to quit, but then he owed me salary and I to continously go back in and out of his home to collect all due to me.




While in his home office, I saw people who were involved in things later concerning conspiracy's in addition he had money which was being hidden from his spouse which is placed with a attorney in Illinois. The Attorney was the son of a former Illinois Governor whose father went to prison for a savings and loan fraud with a bank located within Oak Brook. The parked money was to be returned but the attorney knowing that it was something that was not to be let out in the open, decided to keep the $50 g's for him and his law partner.



As the trail of conspiracy's rolled into more and more facts it seems that this attonrey also had boxes of money hidden in his basment, all during the time he owed me still a few hundred dollars. It was also interesting to learn that Atty Vassilos was involved with a anti-Al Gore group out of Dupgae County connected to both church and state.




It was alleged by Sherman Skolnick who knew him that he was involved in a secret sale of a very dangerous material "plutonium" out his home.




It later turned out that this attorney's brother was murdered on one of the expressway systems for maybe missing money. It was rumoured his brother was a bagman for the courts and others and that a helocopter came onto the expressway blocked his brothers car and took him away. He was later found killed in a field.




The days while working within this office, I would see Joseph Andreuccetti another name who Sherman Skolnick knew, because Atty Vassilos was involved in his law suits.




Because of the books, the ties money, the sale of what was alleged to be plutoium out of is home and the fact that Joseph Andreuccetti was his client and Joe had documents which linked to the Whit Water Scandal showed that I was in the heart of a very dangerous operation and that I would be watched and targeted because of working for this man.




Please read the reports the most interesting one besides the ties of Vassilos, to the new world order books, plutoium, his brothers death. But the fact that Vassilos was involved in a investigate like the one I started a few months ago, the was speaking out about Child Sex Rings. The Article is called Satan's Drums.

Herb spoke out about our nations child being kidnapped off of street and used as sex toys by those within these royal houses and the victims of these horrific crimes being used to please those within corporation adn governments. Later opening up a conspiracy which leaves ours nation security at risk from blackmails. Whereby the children are caught up in this sexually nightmare never to return home to their families. The FBI Conspiracy of Chuch Hayes.




In US District Court in London, KY, on Friday, November 22, Judge J. B. Johnson, Jr., ordered AUSA Martin Hatfield to turn over all discovery materials to Chuck Hayes' legal representative, Jim Vassilos, at Hatfield's law office. (Judge Johnson is a simple US magistrate judge. My initial report that he was a circuit court judge was based on an erroneous identification made by a source in Kentucky.)

AUSA Hatfield then directed Vassilos to meet him at the third floor of the First National Bank in London. This address turned out to be an unmarked facility of the FBI, not Hatfield's law office.

AUSA Hatfield said he would not turn over any of the discovery materials to Vassilos unless Vassilos first talked to FBI agent David Keller. In other words, the Assistant US Attorney said he would not obey the court order, unless the legal representative for Chuck Hayes first talked to FBI agent David Keller, a hostile witness for the prosecution.

Chuck Hayes' two previously contacted attorneys had each dropped the case, apparently fearing repercussions from the Justice Department and the FBI. Vassilos feels that the purpose of the diversion of the meeting with AUSA Hatfield to a hidden facility of the FBI involved a plan to prejudice him against his client and to intimidate him into dropping the case




Jim Vassilos declined to meet with FBI agent Keller, and went to AUSA Hatfield's law office at 1380 West 5th Street in London, the properly designated meeting place. After a delay, Hatfield showed up at his law office with FBI agent Keller. Hatfield again said he would not provide the discovery materials until Vassilos first talked to Keller. Again Vassilos declined to meet this condition, and said--in the presence of six witnesses--said he was ready, willing, and able to receive the discovery materials as ordered by the Court.



Keller and Hatfield then retired to their respective offices for a conference call. (FBI agent Keller has an office in the US Attorney's office complex.) It is not certain to whom they were talking, but it appears to have been Judge J.B. Johnson. Hatfield then emerged to demand once again that Vassilos meet with FBI agent Keller. Otherwise, he said, he would not turn over the discovery materials. Again Vassilos declined to meet with an individual who a) was not an attorney, b) was not a party, c) was a witness, and d) was a hostile witness for the prosecution.




The role being played here by Judge Johnson is curious. Johnson signed the original warrant for arrest, charging "Chalmer C. Hayes, aka Charles Hayes, Chuck Hayes" with violations of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1958. The warrant was signed on October 22, 1996, in Williamsburg, KY. The warrant was signed with "Bail fixed at $ None". The warrant was then served on Hayes that same day in Nancy, KY. The warrant was signed for Hayes to answer a "complaint," not an indictment.






Here is a Story about him within the Rense Report A story by Sherman Skolnick on the Bibery scandal which was alleged and involving LaSalle Nation Bank of Chicago, Illinois. The same bank which Attorney Jim Vassilos wife's Royal Danish family had large shares and holding of.

On November 11, 1996, The Washington Weekly (http://www.federal.com) published a story, based on a recently declassified National Security Agency (NSA) document, "Vince Foster Involved in NSA Computer Espionage Issues." It reports on a May 1993 meeting involving Bernard Nussbaum, Vincent Foster, Webster Hubbell, John Rogovin, and Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens. The secret meeting was held at NSA headquarters. The presence of Foster at the meeting, in which cryptology and intelligence gathering were the topics, shows that Foster was on the inside of top secret NSA intelligence discussions. Yet, according to the article from the Washington Weekly, the White House has tried to conceal Foster's ties to NSA.

This past week I received via U.S. mail a document, from "Mr. Boderby," purporting to be an article written by J. Orlin Grabbe, "The FBI Conspiracy Against Chuck Hayes." If Grabbe is the actual author, the former Wharton professor is saying that "The highest levels of the FBI are engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct justice by denying Charles S. Hayes the right to legal representation, by denying him the right to any discovery materials, and by denying him the opportunity to prepare a defense." Hayes is supposedly a deep-level former and/or current intelligence operative who has been acting as a renegade, working against government corruption and without the blessing of that same government. Regardless of unsavoury connections, Hayes is entitled to the same due process protections as any other citizen. Or can the government now just deny due process to whomever it wishes, then ameliorate the outrage by merely leaking that, "It's O.K. This guy was with the CIA?"




In the document sent to me by "Boderby" and apparently written by Grabbe, we learn that as of November 22, 1996, Chuck Hayes has as his legal representative a man named Jim Vassilos. I can't give the specifics of the connection, but Vassilos is connected to "Mr. Boderby." Another loose thread is Vassilos's connection to ex-NYPD Vice Squad Detective James Rothstein. In a videotape of a lecture by Rothstein, he mentions that Vassilos accompanied him on a trip he made to Oklahoma City with purpose of privately investigating the April 19, 1995 bombings at the Murrah Building.

In a conversation today (Jan. 5, 1997) with Sherman Skolnick, the Chicago investigator voiced suspicion of alternative journalists who suddenly "popped up from nowhere" around the time of the Oklahoma City bombings. This was in response to my own question as to Skolnick's assertion that the controversial Hayes/Norman/Grabbe "Angel of Death" story is just a melodramatic embellishment of Skolnick's previous material. Skolnick says he has no private vendetta against either Grabbe, Norman, or Hayes, but that their embellishment of his story is subtly misleading. Regarding Mr. Norman, Skolnick thinks that he was a "babe in the woods" in espionage matters when he was taken in by Hayes's manipulation. Regarding Grabbe, Skolnick puts him in the category of those who "popped up from nowhere" around the time of the OKC bombings. Did Grabbe suddenly appear on Internet right about that time? I don't recall.




Professor Grabbe will perhaps respond by hinting, as he has to me in the past, that Skolnick is somehow connected to the Mossad. Anticipating this reaction, I asked Mr. Skolnick how he would respond to that. Skolnick pointed out that, just because he is a traditional Jew, that doesn't necessarily mean he is involved with the Mossad. He further pointed out that, in the past, he has been a leading critic of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and that as far back as 1970 he had identified ADL as a spy operation with links to the FBI. For its part, according to Skolnick, ADL contends that the Chicago underground journalist is a renegade Jew out to damage Israel. ADL has even tried to block his popular cable television program, says Skolnick. My own thinking on this is that to label Mr. Skolnick as involved with the Mossad, based only on the fact that he is Jewish, is something unworthy of a keen intellect such as Grabbe's.



The "embellishment" of Skolnick's material is summarized by him as follows. James Norman had been calling Skolnick from time to time. Among Norman's questions were inquiries as to Skolnick's "BCCI bribe list" story. Norman reportedly asked Skolnick, in relation to his publication on Internet of the names of 22 U.S. Senators allegedly involved, "You've got a story on the BCCI bribe list with 22 names? Where are the other names?" Skolnick says he had published an incomplete list of names as a way to test Norman and others. Norman reportedly read some of the remaining names. Skolnick's complete list of names had been faxed to The Spotlight in 1991 but Spotlight did not publish the actual list of names, just the general story itself. It seems likely that part of the actual list found its way from there into Norman's hands.

A 30-year-old Northwest Side man filed a lawsuit against the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services on Thursday for failing to investigate the sexual abuse he endured as a child at the hands of a former high-ranking DCFS official who was his foster father.


Jean-Pierre Bourguignon, who provided psychological and adoptive counseling services for DCFS for nearly two decades, began serving a 24-year prison sentence in January 2
