"Black Music Apartheid" Reparation for all within the Black Music Industry!

The Concept of "Black Music Apartheid" came to me when I heard about the sue levied against Miscael Jackson by those folks involved with the recording of the Beatles and my opinion of this suit is discussed in the next article because of my fathers words being used for a Beatle Song on how these folks made Millions of the sweat of Black Entertainer Worldwide. Many who had died in the poor house due to the lack of making real money.


Most did not get a fair shake within the Night Clubs, and were forced to perform under horrific racial conditions but again the Music was good and fun they had was the thing that had caused many people to come into the night clubs of Harlem and into the Jazz belt of New Orleans and Chicago to listen, write and steal songs of many of the greats. And then no one could do anything about their rights as entertainerswhile those who stole the music got allthe money richest and fame.


Because of this and this along I feel that Blacks Need to come together on the concept of "Black Music Apartheid" Reparation for all within the Black Music Industry!


Folks have gotten Knighthood and everything else off of us and now its thime that they payback those they had stolen from. As you see Micael Jackson has to goto court for the Beatles so should not the Beatles give back to my father and others?

A OPEN LETTER TO PAUL MCARTHY OF THE BEATLES I WOULD NOT LIKE TO HOLD YOUR HAND!

Lady Madonna

Lady Madonna was recorded on February 3rd and 6th, 1968. It was the first single of that year, and the first single by The Beatles that went back to basic rock n' roll. It was too a song that defied expectations. Released on the heels of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and Magical Mystery Tour, many critics believed that the usage musical progression would occur, but rather came this basic song.


The melody (piano intro) was taken from Humphrey Lyttelton's 50s British jazz classic titled"Bad Penny Blues," combined with the rock n' roll horn section, made the perfect marriage for this song at a time when 50s rock was making its reappearance. It should be noted that "Bad Penny Blues," was also produced by Sir George Martin. And, using the melody of another was no big deal because this is all The Beatles used, and you can't copyright a rhythm,

plus Lyttelton borrowed the same melody from Dan Burley.

The word, according to Donegan, was suggested by Ken Colyer's brother Bill, who remembered an outfit called the Dan Burley Skiffle Group, based in Chicago in the 1930's. It seemed to fit, and it caught on; the Ken Colyer Jazzmen became almost as popular for Donegan's between-set skiffle songs as they were for their Dixieland music.

Once upon a time there was a man named Dan Burley who was a Musican, Journalist, civil rights Activist before the word was stated and a man who loved to entertain. He was known within the Middle West in Chicago for the man who was on call for House Rent Parties, the rave during the depression, the man who took the first USO Troop overseas with every Black Star available to perform for Black Troops he was on Radio, TV, creator of Jet Magazine in NYC in 1951 I had the orginal and was the man whose Harlem hand Book of Jive was the beginning of the Zoot Suit era for Blacks and now is the forrunner for the current Rap Industry because of this Jive Dictionary, He met with Kings, Presidents and was respected. But again was he respected when the people behind the "Beatles" came into America and started ripping off music so they could make lots of money off of them! In Fact I was outraged some time back to see they they had bragged about taking the words from my father to help creat the song Lady Madonna so then there is the issue of the problem with Micheal Jackson, and music and the rights to Beatle material. They sue us! but again it is fine for the sins of the pass to lay unforgotten in the mist without any regard to the harm and injustice they had dome to many Black Musicans by making money off of them and not given back a dime to them. This was the same issue Little Richard stated years ago, he worked hard as my father did and did not have to steal but could create music out of this creativitity, but again they were allowed to work within white operated night clubs and they worked themselves half to death to get out their songs in hope to make money . And just think if one Black person was Knighted it would hadve done a lot.


So Please Mr. McCarthy review this because the suit issue can come outof the pass and its not right to take and give nothing back! Yes, you had songs in fact I liked before all this but then we know how the Beatles and many other White performers made it and it was off the love, sweat and tears of Black Artist who were stolen on in the past!. And at times I am indeed sue happy myself

y friend and indeed I will call him this Vanunu, sits in a prison, within the walls of a Catholic Church, he was sentenced again to another year of confinement. Why? Because 18 years ago he spoke the truthradio.com about nuclear weapons, weapons that if in the wrong hands could distroy the very fiber of the world. And he spoke out at a time when there was a peace treatie to band these weapons. After speaking out those within the government of Israek sent out spies to entrap him.


This is the common thread of what is becoming an acceptable practice within all countries including the United States, spies and agents who entrap you, steal from you and use means to murder by use of government "Clout" and connections and ties into government agencies, Corporations and even Hospitals. They use car accidents, stick counterfiet money into your bank, place dangerous chamicals within your home, have people placed to distrupt relationships to turn lovers into agents they can use against YOU! And then imprision you and place you in mind control camps within privatized prison holding cells and add the most dangerous and dangerous men within to frighten you to death. They then turn the publice against you will lies to coverup more and more conspiracies all created to make you crazy and to take over your life by any measure at hand.


They will mess with you via real estates, used, sound devices to make you crazy, and they have killed more and more peoples because this is all they know and all that they are about conspiracy, fraud and treason all working inside and outside of every government tied back into major corporations and goverments.


They will create fake charitible agencies so that they can get your money to robe you becuase they never give much to those in need. Its all about stealing and making nightmares into reality.

They are evil and if we say and or do nothing we are no better that the Nazi's and others who sat and knew WWII was coming and did nothing until it was inded too late.


And today there is no allied to look to save us, this is indeed a battle being fought in the media and also in the world with words, and emotions all in a common cause to bring back our rights and basic freedoms. It seems that we are not worried about the possibility of losing this because if indeed we were we would have done everything in our power to remove them at the top who are involved in the destruction of the world.


So where are you on this issue? Vanunu is still fighting locked away, I am in the media and I am fighting this with no aid help, home or money because I had those things and those in this robed me of my dreams and I decided to take a stand because they will contnued until its all done and the done are us! So if indeed you are in your home just one pay check from being broke, and you had a car, health insurance and see that were in nothing, nothing at all to help you and all the so-called aid in transfering hands to others outside our countries for the purpose of exploded and using our money, and works as slaves so they can rule this place like its hell, then we need to revamp to full system because it only seems to work for evil men not those of us who are attempting to get our lives back.

The Reports out of London read that the Police were seeking out a "Mercenary Terror Gang, and or "Assasins for hired who where hired to cause the explosures in London on Major Transportation sources such as Trains and buses, the goal may have been linked to a target who was traveling within one of these and or to under up in the news a major scandal and or event which the public may question like to releasing of $300 billion dollars to another country, that could have been payment for the job as well, its's called we made you look! Or they may have wanted to coverup a sentencing hearing just days before, or maybe the money given was money given to release on who was being sentenced but the target the train and bus was used as a means to make you believe it was a mere terrorist cell operation.

"WHAT THEY DO TO THOSE WHO ARE HIRED

"THEY KILL THEM TO COVERUP THE CRIME!"

So lets say you are someone like "Carlos "THE JACKAL"and you are hired to asassinate a target and or targets they give you money upfront to do the crime and the other half once the job is done, then the second half is paid upon completions of asignment. But it has to be under cover to make it look like something else and the target is covered within the chaos of the scene of the crime.


At the crime scene you leave your signature card, something that the party paying you knows is "YOU SO YOU CAN GET THE REST OF YOUR PAYMENT" the game with the folks doing the hiring is that you get nothing and that you are then murdered because you may leak out the information on the hit.

So they hired another assasin closer to them to get rid of you because of this. The public then see within the press two events the first one a act of terrorism as within the case in London and the second being another train crash which may have included on board the assasins involved in the first kill.

All being a pattern of things going back some time in history and the folks are the same ones who are custom to operating in the fashion.

Using power and clout as a measure to do the things they do but on the other side of the coin are looking to many as good fellows who care about the world.



Within the World Trade Center the Kill was many but one of the major ones was the problem they had with former F.B.I. Agent John O'Neill, a vet of over 30 yrs within the service, who was involved in a investigation into Drug running rings out of Boston Airport, a relative to Bin Laden they claim and the fact that if one looked deep there were ties that allow these persons to run drugs out "Date Rape Drugs" with also included Crystal Meth in other areas of the US as a means to fund Terrorist cells all over the world, the network is wide and will be on going until the public begins to see the light and understand we are being murdered at the hands of a few greedy power starved men who are within the high levels of secret orders that control much of the worlds wealth and power over lands and our seaway.


In Afganistan they had people growing drugs, poppy that is and then paid them off with counterfeit money, once found out then they had to use and release more counterfeit money within the US market to pay off the druglords who refused future shipments until the debt was settled.


Or you have the case were they make tons of money within the "Future" market on all these terrorist events you see they have it we do not!



today, I woke to hearing about a train crash in Pakastan, but it was too odd to me this was on the heals of London Blast and the fact they felt that it was some people out of Pakastan who were involved. What timing another accident this time, on a train this seems to be tied back to those involved in the London crime but on this train was a victim who was involved in starting off the first in London, whi may have been killed at the hands of the people who hired him and or them.

I am alleging this based on looking at all prior events, and we the public will not look at this and or believe it because if we do then maybe we would take up responsibility and act for once to end this nightmare!

Emergency workers cut through the wreckage of twisted steel to reach victims. Police have warned the death toll will likely rise.


Brig. Javed Iqbal Cheema, the head of the Crisis Management Center at Pakistan's Interior Ministry, ruled out sabotage, calling it a "pure accident."


Train officials say the incident began around 4 a.m. local time at the Ghotki train station, in remote Sindh province, and involved three trains:


* Quetta Express from Lahore to Quetta develops technical problems and stops at Ghotki station so technicians can examine train.

* Karachi Express from Lahore to Karachi strikes the Quetta Express.
* Impact pushes cars from the two trains onto adjacent track, where they are hit by the Tezgam Express, travelling from Karachi to Rawalpindi.


Ghotki train station was the scene of an earlier train accident that killed 100 people. A passenger train slammed into a freight train at the station in June 1991. Authorities blamed human error.
