BRUSSELS, Belgium (AP) -- The European Union insisted Friday that governments and the private sector must share the responsibility of overseeing the Internet, setting the stage for a showdown with the United States on the future of Internet governance.
A senior U.S. official reiterated Thursday that the country wants to remain the Internet's ultimate authority, rejecting calls in a United Nations meeting in Geneva for a U.N. body to take over.
EU spokesman Martin Selmayr said a new cooperation model was important "because the Internet is a global resource.''
"The EU ... is very firm on this position,'' he added.
The Geneva talks were the last preparatory meeting before November's World Summit on the Information Society in Tunisia.
A stalemate over who should serve as the principal traffic cops for Internet routing and addressing could derail the summit, which aims to ensure a fair sharing of the Internet for the benefit of the whole world.
At issue is who would have ultimate authority over the Internet's master directories, which tell Web browsers and e-mail programs how to direct traffic.
That role has historically gone to the United States, which created the Internet as a Pentagon project and funded much of its early development. The U.S. Commerce Department has delegated much of that responsibility to a U.S.-based private organization with international board members, but Commerce ultimately retains veto power.
Some countries have been frustrated that the United States and European countries that got on the Internet first gobbled up most of the available addresses required for computers to connect, leaving developing nations with a limited supply to share.

Ms. Al Jader stands accused of forcing two Indonesian women to work for her by making them believe "that if they did not perform such labor, they would suffer serious harm." If convicted, Ms. Al Jader faces up to 140 years in jail and $2.5 million in fines.

PRINCE FAISAL'S SEX RING IN HOUSTON
As we saw in the third issue Prince Faisal built a marble palace on Kirby in the posh River Oaks section of Houston. He had procurers go to various areas where young people congregated and bring them back to his palace. The prince had a continual party fueled by a stream procured teenagers both male and female. It was relatively easy for the procurers as the word got out about the sumptuous surroundings of the prince. The prince had the best of foods, drink and drugs available every day for his continual party. We do not know if any of these teenagers were enticed to Saudi Arabia. We have been told there was a hushed scandal where after the prince left abruptly apparently never to return. His favored girls lived at his palace, each had a leased car and the capability to go to the exclusive Saks Pavilion Shops near the Galleria and charge clothes to the Prince. Mohammed Al Fassi became so infamous with his perpetual party at his palace in Beverly Hills that he was run out of town after painting the genitals of his statues. Again, we do not know if any of the young attendees ended up in Saudi Arabia.

It is especially difficult if you have the added pressure of concealing illegal behavior. In order to operate a child sex ring, an offender has to know how to control and manipulate children. ... control is primarily maintained through attention, affection, and gifts -- part of the seduction process."M116

We have been told Governor Prince Mohammed is an active participant in the child sex rings of the Eastern Province. We have been told he has parties for his friends with child sex as the main entertainment. Governor Prince Mohammed likes Hollywood where there are many boys and girls from which to entice into becoming sex slaves in Saudi Arabia under the ruse of film and modeling contracts. These sex slaves are allegedly sold and resold until they are used up whereupon they are helicoptered over Rubal Khali and dumped.

Aruba is one dirty, dangerous and nasty place where teenage prostitution, white slavery to Venezuela, illegal drugs and other similar evils can be found everywhere. In 1994, the Illinois ACLU filed a class action suit charging that officers in the state's drug interdiction program target Hispanic drivers. Peso Chavez, a member of the Santa Fe, N.M., city council, was stopped for speeding on an Illinois highway. He alleges that a white driver in the car behind him was going the same speed but was not stopped. Last year, the U.S. District Court in Chicago ruled in the agency's favor in Chavez v. SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL PROHIBITION AGAINST TREASON AGAINST THESE UNITED STATES. Congress reaffirms the prohibition under the US Constitution, which in Article III(3) provides: "Sect. 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on open confession in open court." SEC. 3. Congress hereby appoints and fully funds an Independent Prosecutor under the authority of Article III(3) of the U.S. Constitution to prosecute Treason against these United States of America by George Walker Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Richard B. Myers and other John and Jane Does in planning and carrying out the acts of treason in an armed attack upon these United States on September 11, 2001, in the guise of a strategic deception operation.

finally the public is waking up to who FEMA and their straw boss Home Land Security really are ... their role was not to save New Orleans or the gulf coast residents ... their task was to depopulate the area along with ethnic cleansing ... the same issue that occurred in Florida last year ... and I think this was just the first of numerous upcoming attacks on US cities ... orchestrated and carried out by the IMF CIA crew (these are your real terrorists) ... there is no doubt in my mind that the New Orleans levees were blasted out when it was clear that New Orleans had survived Katrina which was a completely manipulated storm ... I reported this as soon as the news came out that the levees went on Tuesday morning ... there are now reports of people witnessing the levees explosions ... FEMA and their thugs had all Monday night to prepare and plan the flooding from all sides ... FEMA certainly was not there to help the people ... as I said before ... there was no way all these levees blew out all at the same time completely inundating the city from all sides ... reminiscent of the demolition of the twin towers at 911 ... the bushes, the Clintons, the IMF and the world's big shots along with their merry band of mafia scum all have to go NOW !!! get a clue America ... its time to take your country back while there is still something left ... with the pattern that has emerged it would appear that Chicago might be their next target with possibly a bio chem "terror" attack ... with the maximum stress placed on the Midwest and maximum ethnic cleansing

editor's note ... the floodwaters you see in this picture were not a result of hurricane Katrina (it only dropped 7 inches of rain on new orleans with less than 100 mile per hour winds) and there was no storm surge in lake pontchartrain (the storm came in from the south west and the surge hit farther east) ... the levees blew on the canal and river sides also where there was no surge of any kind ... the water you see here was the result of FEMA blowing the levees in 7 places symmetrically placed around the city ... bush on saturday night before the storm arrived had already signed an executive order giving FEMA overall authority over new orleans ... its task ... to clear the city to make way for the new world order's new mega resort port ...

Middle-aged men having sex with 12- to 15-year-olds was too much for Ben Johnston, a hulking 6-foot-5-inch Texan, and more than a year ago he blew the whistle on his employer, DynCorp, a U.S. contracting company doing business in Bosnia.
According to the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) lawsuit filed in Texas on behalf of the former DynCorp aircraft mechanic, "in the latter part of 1999 Johnston learned that employees and supervisors from DynCorp were engaging in perverse, illegal and inhumane behavior [and] were purchasing illegal weapons, women, forged passports and [participating in] other immoral acts. Johnston witnessed coworkers and supervisors literally buying and selling women for their own personal enjoyment, and employees would brag about the various ages and talents of the individual slaves they had purchased."
Rather than acknowledge and reward Johnston's effort to get this behavior stopped, DynCorp fired him, forcing him into protective custody by the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) until the investigators could get him safely out of Kosovo and returned to the United States. That departure from the war-torn country was a far cry from what Johnston imagined a year earlier when he arrived in Bosnia to begin a three-year U.S. Air Force contract with DynCorp as an aircraft-maintenance technician for Apache and Blackhawk helicopters.
